However, by submitting User Content to riddify.xyz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the specific Tool you are using. We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and it is not stored beyond the immediate processing required to deliver the Tool's output, unless otherwise stated for a specific Tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall riddify.xyz, its operators, affiliates, agents, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

riddify.xyz makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless riddify.xyz, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to riddify.xyz immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas for the purpose of litigating any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of riddify.xyz.

11. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and riddify.xyz regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
